Troubleshooting that I tried that resulted in no change: The user is directly in front of the device with the keyboard open and tablet standing up. Symptom: While in meetings (Teams, Zoom, etc), the other attendees complain that the Latitude 7320 Detachable user is hard to hear or sounds muffled. We are using Windows 10 20H2 64bit fully patched up. My company recently purchased 5 of the Latitude 7320 Detachable tablets and each one is exhibiting the same problem with the internal microphone. ![]()
